Hello there! I’m Qais, a graphic and web designer with over +5 years of creative experience.
In 2019, I earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, followed by a diploma in media design in 2020.
I’ve been doing graphic design since 2018. I work on various projects like ads, books, magazines, branding, websites, and motion graphics.
In my spare time – you will often find me seeking out and mastering tutorials and implementing them into personal projects to keep improving my skills as I enjoy learning different types of software and new ways to design and animate!
I’m passionate about creating designs that inspire and add a touch of magic to your project.

My Strategy and Process
My work is Organized, Structured , Methodical and tailored.
Initial Request and Vision
First, let’s meet and agree on what we’re aiming for with the project. We’ll sketch out the main points together. You can do this smoothly by being clear about what you need and agreeing on it. The info you give me helps me understand if I’m the right person for your project. If I think I can help, I’ll set up a video chat to talk more (with your team if needed). I aim to reply to all project requests within 48 hours.
Meeting and Scope
The main goal of this initial video call is to build trust and understanding between both parties. We’ll discuss goals, timelines, and specific requirements, addressing any questions and laying out a clear, actionable plan to move forward. My favorite part of these calls is meeting people passionate about their projects, with great ideas to show online.
Proposal and Timeline
Once the deal is sealed, the journey begins.
Once I have a clear understanding of your project scope, I’ll create a customized proposal for you. I enjoy working closely with the team or coming up with compelling ideas for branding and storytelling myself. I charge fees on a per-project basis, not hourly. This keeps everything transparent and direct, giving you a comprehensive view of costs and timelines.
Design and Build
If we both like the proposal, I’ll start working right away. I usually begin with some simple sketches or flowcharts before moving on to more detailed stuff. I’ll always keep you updated on what’s happening… Good and fast communication is key to everything I do.
Launch and Handover
Every great adventure must come to an end.
Before launching the design, I make sure it’s ready. Before the website goes live, I test its speed, quality, and effectiveness through a series of load tests and optimization checks. I only send design files through channels that don’t compress the quality, (like WeTransfer or Dropbox), to ensure the quality stays perfect. I want launch day to feel like a celebration, not a disaster.
